Desertification defines the land degradation in arid, semi-arid and sub-humid areas that accrue by climate changes and human activities. According to this mean, environmental parameters have main role for increasing of desertification process. These parameters can be severe desertification by human activities. For example, mass movement, such as Landslide and Creep are as indices for desertification process assessment. They phenomena provide soil conditions for erosion and other process relation to the desertification. In this research, have been considered the geomorphology parameters, emphasizes on mass movement in desertification assessment. Ultimately, were suggested these parameters in desertification assessment
